2. Accounts and Registration

3. Subscription and Payments

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us to charge your payment method.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion unless required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect data from visitors in violation of applicable privacy laws.

ConsentKit and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Service according to these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSENTKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConsentKit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
